Do you guys wanna know why Krill Oil is better than your regular fish oil available in the market? I will give you three reasons why it definitely is. One of the most obvious reasons why krill oil is becoming so popular is that it is an excellent source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). Krill oil is easily absorbed by the body.

It has antioxidant properties which are nearly 40 times greater than regular fish oil. Numerous studies over the years have proved that antioxidants have numerous health benefits. They are extremely important for the human body as they protect us from the harmful effects of stress and pollution.
3) Krill oil is known to help reduce the levels of bad cholesterol in the body. But, it is far more effective than regular fish oil. Studies have shown that krill oil helped reduce bad cholesterol levels by up to 30% compared with only about 2% reduction from fish oil.
