Want to burn more fat or lose more weight? Your healthy weight loss diet should consist of this very common food for a few reasons.
This common food is called milk and the casein protein you consume from milk.
Milk helps you to lose weight in a few ways. The first way is by reducing hunger. Researchers from the Netherlands put male and female subjects on a high protein diet with casein as the sole source of protein and other subjects on a low protein diet.
The high protein diet subjects had reduced hunger compared to the low protein diet subjects and they also increased the number of calories burned while sleeping.
Why did they burn more calories while sleeping?
Well, the second reason milk is beneficial for healthy weight loss or your diet plans is because it contains natural CLA. CLA is a natural fat that some research has shown to burn fat calories and help with quick weight loss.
CLA or conjugated linoleic acid is most commonly found in milk or milk products and is its natural form, which at this time appears to be the most effective in regards to other forms of CLA.
Try consuming 1 cup of cottage cheese immediately before bed to take advantage of satisfying hunger and potentially burning more fat calories when following your healthy weight loss diet.
